EXCHANGES

We do not offer any exchange service for the moment. If you would like to exchange your purchase, you may return the item for a refund and place new order.

RETURN PROCESS

You have 5 days from the delivery date of your order to return your purchase.

Please note:

– The product must be on its original condition and on its original packaging.

– Shipping fees will be customer responsibilities.

– Customized products are not eligible for return.

– We will not accept your return if the product has been damaged during return shipping process.

WARRANTY

Most of our products are covered by a one year warranty from the day they were bought, when used under normal conditions and for the purpose intended. Try not to over stuff or put things in there that don’t belong.

This warranty covers faults in materials and workmanship and doesn’t apply if damage is caused by unreasonable use or neglect.

In order to make a warranty claim, you need to have purchased through our website and you must provide proof of purchase.

How do I make a claim?
Please email our support team with your order details and a description of the fault or damage (request@garagebymo.com). Including photographs of any fault helps a lot in speeding up claims.

Warranty doesn’t cover shipping fees. Shipping fees will be customer responsibilities.

Outlet products are not covered by warranty.
